Vendor Registration and Storefront Services
Restaurant/Vendor Registration
Restaurants and vendors must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
Darcheni reserves the right to reject or suspend any restaurant or vendor providing false or misleading information.
To register as a vendor on Darcheni.com, you must:
Be a legally registered food business or home-based food enterprise (where permitted by law)
Provide valid business registration documents (if applicable)
Provide food safety or hygiene certification (if required by local law)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date menu listings, pricing, and availability
Required Documents
To ensure compliance and food safety, vendors may be required to provide:
Valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or business registration certificate
Food license or health permit (if applicable)
Proof of kitchen/food preparation facility (if required)
Bank account details for vendor payouts
Pricing and Commission
Vendors set their own product prices within platform guidelines.
A commission fee will be charged on each successful order placed through the platform. The commission rate will be communicated during vendor onboarding and may be updated from time to time.
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
Refund and Cancellation Policy for Vendors
Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
If a vendor cancels an order after confirmation, the vendor may be subject to penalties or suspension.
Refund requests from customers will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Vendors may be required to reimburse the platform for refunded amounts if the refund is due to vendor error.
Customer Orders and Order Acceptance
Customer Orders
Customers are responsible for providing correct order details, contact information, and delivery address when placing an order.
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Customers may cancel an order within a specified time window (e.g., 5 minutes) for a full refund.
Order Acceptance
Restaurants and vendors are responsible for reviewing and accepting customer orders.

Delivery Responsibility
Restaurants and vendors are responsible for delivering accepted orders to the customer’s provided address.
Darcheni does not provide or manage separate rider accounts. Delivery may be arranged by the vendor directly or through third-party delivery partners.
Delivery fees and estimated times are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners, weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
Payments
Customers must pay the applicable order amount using the payment method available on Darcheni.
Any applicable delivery charges or other fees will be displayed before order confirmation.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Cancellations & Refunds
Order cancellations and refunds may be subject to the restaurant’s policies and the circumstances of the order.
Customers should contact the restaurant or Darcheni regarding any order-related issue.
Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Restaurant & Customer Conduct
Both restaurants and customers must:

Communicate respectfully and professionally
Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
Darcheni may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
Service Role and Liability
Our platform acts solely as a facilitator between vendors and customers. All transactional terms, including food quality, preparation, packaging, and delivery, are between the vendor and the customer.
We do not guarantee or assume responsibility for:
Food quality, taste, or freshness
Allergen accuracy or dietary compliance (customers should verify directly with vendors)
Any disputes, claims, or health issues arising from food consumption
Delays or failures in delivery
Featured Ads and Promotions
Our platform offers featured advertisement services to vendors at various locations on the website. Charges for featured ads depend on the package selected and are non-refundable.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
All featured ads must be prepaid before publication.
Payments can be made online using various methods.
While we strive to keep your online transactions secure, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred due to payment processing.
No Guarantee of Increase in Vendor Business
Darcheni.com does not guarantee any business or leads generated from advertisements or listings placed on our platform. We will not be held responsible or liable if no orders or leads result from premium ads or vendor storefronts. Vendors understand that our sole obligation is to display the listings and ads as per these terms. The accuracy of all information and content provided in listings is the responsibility of the vendor. We disclaim any liability for false or misleading claims made by vendors.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Darcheni, customers and restaurants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to comply with the applicable laws and policies of the platform.
Notice of Intellectual Property Infringement
Darcheni.com owns all intellectual property rights related to the Website and its services, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, advertisements, vendor-uploaded images, menu descriptions, and their selection and arrangement.
We are not liable for any intellectual property infringement caused by content posted or transmitted on the site by users or third parties.

When you provide content through our services (including posting or causing content to be posted), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual (or for the duration of applicable rights), irrevocable, royalty-free license to use all intellectual property rights in that content. This includes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, database rights, and any other related rights in any media.
